USA SHIPPING
Shipping as normal!
Regarding the US Customs and Tariff regulations, we have arranged with our shipping partners that shipping to the US will be unaffected.
This means that West Wind Productions will continue to ship to USA and will also cover the import tariff. US customers please order as normal, with no additional fees added at Checkout stage via our website. Nor will there be anything for our US customers to pay on import, upon delivery of orders into the USA.
EU SHIPPING
We now operate the IOSS system for our European Union customers, so you do not have to worry about customs fees.
Great news! We have reconfigued our systems and we are now registered for Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for customers within the EU. No import VAT will be collected by Customs at the point of importation. The price of all products listed on our website are inclusive of VAT, so price you see is the price you pay at checkout, with no extras added. Simply shop as normal and everything is taken care of our end. You will not incur any extra charges at import when you receive your order.
What are the benefits of IOSS to me as the customer?
Customers will avoid having to pay any further tax or customs charges upon delivery of the goods. This should make the customs process much quicker and thereby avoid any delays in your order being delivered to you.
PLEASE NOTE :- When you place your online order, the total value must not exceed €150, as this is the limit set by the EU for the IOSS scheme. This roughly equates to £130. If you wish to place an order exceeding €150 (£130), please get in touch with us beforehand via mail@westwindproductions.co.uk as there are other options available.

Westwind productions will endeavour to ship all orders within 7-10 working days from receipt of order and mostly this is achieved. In fact, it's usually quicker, within 5 working days. However, when we are experiencing high volumes of orders, it is not always possible to despatch orders within the 7-10 day timescale, so please allow a few days more for despatch to take place. We will contact our customers either by email or telephone to advise of any delays should this be the case. However, it is our policy to try to achieve the 7-10 working day turnaround on orders at all times. If you are ordering for an event or birthday and require despatch very quickly, we ask that you contact us via email on mail@fwestwindproductions.co.uk. We will, if at all possible, depending on the size of your order, endeavour to expedite the shipping of your order.
UK orders under £100 in value are despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail. Orders over £100 in value are despatched either via APC next day courier or via the Royal Mail Signed for Service.
Western EU and Rest of the World Orders under 2kg in weight will be despatched Via Royal Mail Airmail Service. Orders over £100 in value with be despatched via the Royal Mail International Signed for Service. All higher value orders over £120 will be despatched via UPS courier.
